DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the overall site operations and for the delivery of department and company objectives
  • Direct oversight of facilities, utilities, and IT departments for the timely delivery of each department’s day-to-day operational needs
  • Identify and address issues that might impact operational performance through performing troubleshooting procedures and filing incident reports for documentation
  • Implement strategic systems, methods and policies to establish more efficient and responsive operations
  • Initiate planning and proposals of alternative actions
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal level of services
  • Perform quality controls and monitor performance KPIs for the Site Operations department
  • Develop a plan of action to manage budgets and costs
  • Keeps oneself updated with industry best practices
  • Assist in promoting the company’s core values 
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • Must have at least 2 years extensive experience as a Facilities, Site or Operations Manager (or a similar role)
  • Has experience in analyzing situations and data
  • Has strong decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Has strong ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
  • Possesses key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
