At least 2nd year level of any course.
At least 1 year of BPO experience specifically with Sabre utilizing accounts.
Extensive knowledge of travel/airline/hotel booking preferred.
Preferably, with Sabre (Global distribution system used by Travel Agents) experience / background.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to adhere to flexible work schedule.
Must be able to meet attendance, performance and adherence requirements.
Interacts with customers via phone as appropriate to respond to inquiries, complaints, appeals and/or grievances in accordance with state and federal compliance requirements and internal guidelines.
Promotes and maintains quality documentation.
Works collaboratively with other departments to research and resolve issues. Suggest and share ideas for system and process improvement.
