Is currently looking for:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Job responsibilities:

Identify and establish contact with potential customers and partners (including individuals, MSMEs, online merchants, technology companies, and financial institutions)
Present company profile and business model to potential customers
Operate as the point of contact for customers
Generate transactions among customers
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Communicate customer needs and demands to management
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
Track and analyze customer behavior and communicate key metrics to management
Collaborate closely with customer representative specialists

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/College degree in business administration, finance, accountancy, banking, or a relevant field
At least 2 years of work experience in a field related to business development, sales and/or account management
Excellent negotiation, presentation, pitching, and relational skills
Experience in customer-focused solutions
Capable of doing basic market research
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
English language fluency
Basic Mandarin Chinese ability a plus, but not required
Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with a multicultural team
