Is currently looking for:
 
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS: Strong ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external people involved in the project;
  • PROJECT PLANNING: Strong ability to continuously update and keep track of the progress of all projects;
  • PROCESS CONTROL: Aggressive to look for ways to improve the process;
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE: Can proactively identify and see things that needs to be captured before it goes down the pipe;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent;
  • At least 5-7 years experience in Project Construction and Development of mixed use or commercial buildings;
  • At least 3 years experience in a managerial role;
  • A background in mixed use or commercial real estate project development, is an advantage;
  • Strong organizational, follow-through and communication skills – must be dependable, proactive, and prompt;
  • Multi-tasks and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues;
  • High proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop full-scale project plans, by defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend changes in projects as necessary to fit the needs of stakeholders.
  • Continually liaise with project team members, stakeholders and third party contractors during the course of the projects in order to achieve goals.
  • Track and submit project milestones, progress reports and requirements documentation regularly and when requested.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
OTHERS:    
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned for the achievement of the department and company goals.
