TALENT CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Recruiting Professional is required for this position.
Must have experience and/or in-depth knowledge on current trends in the IT/ Software Development industry.
Must have at least 1 year of experience working with foreign clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc).
Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a sense of urgency and initiative in dealing with requisitions.
Must be amenable to work US hours occasionally (to facilitate client interviews).
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with Hiring Managers and US based clients to discuss needs.
Coordinate with US Account Manager/Sales staff to create job descriptions for various IT related positions.
Assess candidate’s skills, knowledge, and experience and match with client’s requirements.
Arrange and facilitate candidate interviews with clients.
Update applicant tracking system on a daily basis
Take full responsibility in the daily management of requisitions
Work with the Account Manager/Business Development Executives in managing candidate and client expectations and filling positions as quickly as possible.
Candidate must be willing to work the night-shift whenever necessary
