HR MANAGER – Cebu Branch
  • The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions. He/She maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluation employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resource metrics.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application esp. Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have exceptional organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must have a strong bias for function and a keen sense of urgency with limited guidance and superior result.
  • Must possess with a positive attitude, dynamic and enthusiastic.
  • Can handle pressure
  • Must have time management, proactive and initiative.
