Founded in Cebu City in 2014 by a group of young professionals who simply wanted to create a cozy environment that is suited to be a great place for friends, workmates, school buddies, and families to have great conversations in; serving simple, freshly cooked, quality meals and very affordable drinks, Burrow has now grown from a bar / lounge concept into Cebu’s first Chicken Wing joint.
Burrow is now enjoyed as a trendy restaurant known for its Unlimited Chicken Wings offering; defined as an exceptional semi fast-casual resto-lounge that caters to the neighboring community with friendly and attentive service in a cozy and modern environment.
Currently with 4 stores operating successfully in Cebu, Mandaue, Mactan, and Consolacion. Burrow is continuously seeking for strategic locations for expansion in other areas of the metro.
Locations: Parkmall Mandaue City, Tsai Hotel Lahug Cebu City, Island Central Mall Lapu-Lapu City, SM Consolacion
Duties and Responsibilities: (Depending on the assigned station)
Responsible for preparing/cooking rice, chicken, and other things on the meñu
Responsible for washing and cleaning pans and utensils during downtime
Making sure that proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques are followed at all times
Making sure that cleanliness and sanitation practices are being followed at all times
Practice safe operation of all kitchen equipment and utensils
Follow work schedules of all kitchen crew, and cleaning schedules
Ensure a sense of urgency at all times as customers are waiting
Follow the assigned daily work stations and breaks of kitchen crew
Ensures that the Burrow standards are upheld: the food should be consistently prepared, cooked properly, the proportions are correct, and is ready to be served
Making sure kitchen is properly cleaned on a regular schedule, food is disposed of properly and the kitchen meets all sanitary standards
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection
Monitor supply of chicken, rice, sauces and inform the Branch Supervisor if replenishing is needed
Partner with Branch Supervisor on any special requests relevant to the growth of the business
Others to be specified by management
Execution of to do list
MUST have a valid government-issued health card
Has a clean professional appearance
Impeccable attendance and tardiness record
Can work under minimal supervision
Team first mentality
Willing to be assigned to any of our existing branches
