Reporting directly to the group Finance Director (based in Hong Kong) and in close coordination with Treasury Consultant , you will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability of the company and supporting its rapid external and organic growth, with 2 critical missions: 1/ ensure the availability of funds (through financial debts and internal resources e.g. cash pooling etc.) both for its investment in acquisitions and for its daily operations across the globe 2/ maintain and improve its efficient tax optimization scheme (offshore status in HK, transfer pricing etc.)

As part of our Finance team, you will work with international customers, be involved in crucial IT processes, and play a key role in ensuring financial stability of the company.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Funding of the group’s entities:
Supervise cash forecast for all group entities (more than 30 and subsidiaries) and ensure necessary cash is available in each entity to meet short-term payment requirement.
Formalize, implement and monitor intercompany loans;
Maintain cash pooling (domestic and cross border) with the group’s core bank in order to optimize the utilization of internal funds within the group;
Optimize and drawdown the necessary amount from lending bank
Bank authorization and bank account management:
Maintain, update consistent bank powers across all existing bank accounts, to ensure safe and efficient payment authorization
Handle the opening of new bank accounts to support the business expansion
Reduce number of bank accounts and further consolidate the group’s cash management into one global bank’s platform: currently with HSBC with a few countries not yet integrated.
Other treasury matters:
Deploy and monitor the safe use of corporate credit cards;
Develop and deploy interface between Group Accounting ERP (Netsuite) and Bank payment platform (primarily HSBC) in all countries in order to streamline and automate payment process
Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and treasury reports;
Other tasks assigned by treasury manager.
Minimum of 5 years of prior experience treasury roles in an international environment
Comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers;
Ability, willingness and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership, willing to own issue even when not in his/her comfort zone (functionally, or geographically);
