Job Summary
The Operation Support Officer is responsible in doing administrative duties and clerical functions in order to help to streamline on the day-to-day business operations of this company under the close supervision of General Manager. Ensures that each station is covered with coordinators & ushers. May explain and interpret operating rules to coordinators and operators.
Regular Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists the General Manager in other various activities
  • Supporting the General manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Oversees the ID processing and Tarpaulin releasing and executes various tasks from recording, monitoring, and file management.
  • Sends the updated list of employees to PCSO every 15 th and 30 th of the month
  • Update internal operation procedures document
  • Coordinate with the operators to schedule meetings and to provide follow-ups
  • Participate in meetings and distribute minutes of meeting with the operations team
  • Ensures that all operators’ procedures are in compliance with PSCO’s rules and regulations.
  • Addresses complains or issues when necessary either with the Coordinator(s), Operators or employee
  • Contributes in the implementation of Saturn’s aid
  • Monitors the database (google sheet)
  • Creates marketing strategies
  • Coordinates with the graphics consultant for any development and improvements of marketing materials
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
Special / Ad Hoc Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring of routine activities.
Job Specifications
  • Providing efficient customer service and communicating clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing. Extensive experience or demonstrable ability to provide staff support over various channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Structured thinker with well-planned approach and ability to prioritize based on business needs
  • Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and standards
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage staff workload and assign/track progress
  • The ability to estimate task time frames for work completion

  • Formal Education
    • Should be a college graduate of any business degree.
  • Work Experience/ Certification required
    • At least 3 to 5 years experience in related field
  • Social Skills/ Exposure to Cultural Diversity

    • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Skills
    • Knowledge in Windows operating system
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Work Schedule/Travel Requirements
    • Willing to perform long hours of work
