TeleForce Global manages the complete process from conceptualization to realization and finally in delivery and completion, operating in both a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) capacity. We are a captive BPO having Tech campaigns all of which are sales outbound accounts from the USA.
What we are looking for?
The Manager is responsible for managing sales and marketing activities to ensure maximum market penetration in the region of Philippines.
The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Executives/ Trainees who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales / marketing objectives.
  • Responsible for hiring and retaining a diverse, highly qualified staff and for providing career coaching, growth and personal development. Responsible for the development of staff: critiques, instructs, mentors, evaluates and coaches. Accountable for the performance of subordinates or the work output of managed subcontractors. Maintains a safe working environment and a strong customer focus.
  • Prepares regional sales forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential and in the preparation of CRM sales expense estimates for the region.
  • Plans and manages the CRM sales effort for assigned region.
  • Maintains contact with major accounts within assigned region, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Participates in the development of marketing policy, recommending product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes.
  • Assists sales support/marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion, training, and market research in planning and executing special projects.
  • Prepare presentations, marketing materials or assist the team in carrying out the task
  • A Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. 
  • Typically 5+ years of progressively more responsible work experience in CRM Industry, product areas or a related discipline, including direct experience in CRM product sales preferred.
