products to our clients from countries across the world.

We are currently in need of promising individuals to fill our vacancies for:
 
MANAGER
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Directs and/or manages all activities with company including trainings, anddevelopment and implementation of policies and procedures on system
  • Establishes and implements performance and service standards
  • Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations
  • Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards
  • Execute all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years solid experience in supervisory/managerial position
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related course
  • Excellent in verbal and written English
  • Result-oriented and patient at work
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of sales and customer service
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Has enthusiasm and positive work attitude
  • Willing to work on extended shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Can work under pressure
  • Above average communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Can do business trips within and outside Cebu, for a minimum of 2 days
  • Can be assigned to any place outside Cebu
  • Background of Japanese language is an advantage but not required
  • Knowledge in MS Office application, especially MS Excel
  • Can start immediately
