Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer all concerns submitted by teachers via chat and/or email
  • Coordinate with other Teams (Customer Service, Standards and Payroll) for resolution of lesson issues
  • Conduct required connection checks with (Free Trial and New) teachers or specify why this could not be done and what action was taken
  • Collect absence, unqualified SMS and Start Button data and determine action for each occurrence
  • Follow up on Unfilled Lesson Memos
  • Administer teacher substitutions
  • Conduct Technical Troubleshooting
  • Conduct daily follow up with teachers who are inactive or plotting less than the prescribed open slots
  • Conduct coaching and relationship building sessions with our online teachers
  • Send progress and data reports on a regular basis
  • Train / assist especially the new associates
  • Can effectively handle the team in the Specialist’s absence
Job Qualifications:
  • College graduate of any 4 year course (preferably education or communication courses)
  • At least 3-6 months customer service representative working experience and proficient in using Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
  • Amenable to shifting schedule (morning to mid shift), and willing to work in weekends as well as during holidays.
  • Amenable to work in Bacolod City
