ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers on past due invoices (phone, email, fax).
  • Answer incoming phone calls directed to Finance department.
  • Respond to customer requests for new vendor setup forms, W9 forms, purchase orders, address changes, etc.
  • Reconcile and apply edits to customer invoices related to refunds, cancelations and adjustments.
  • Assist Finance team with any other ad hoc projects or requests.
Job Requirements:
  • A graduate of BS Accountancy/Business related course.
  • At least 6 months to 1-year experience on the same field.
  • Strong organization skills and attentive to details.
  • Strong English Communications skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent grasp of English; comfort level communicating with American and UK customers/partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Intacct experience is an advantage.
