WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 
SSP Mactan Cebu Corporation is looking for a seasoned RESTAURANT MANAGER to be part of our rapidly growing team in the Philippines.
 
ROLE:
  • Report to the Operations Manager, and aid in the execution of plans and initiatives aimed to  maximize profitability of the restuarant.
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the outlet
  • To upkeep and ensure consistent excellent standards of product, environment and staff at all times
  • To ensure that food safety is well managed and all customer complaints (internal and external), are dealt with in accordance with the Company’s Policy and in the manner aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
  • To guide and coach new and existing staff
  • To conduct recruitment and selection of staff aligning with the Company standards and budgetary targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years of management skills, preferably in a Food and Beverage environment
  • Enjoys leading and working with a diverse team
  • Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
  • Experienced in handling Fastfood is advantage
