Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu. Creative Cuisine Group is the company behind Chikaan, Brique Modern Kitchen, Big Mao Chinese Bistro, Ettas Eleclectic Food & Drinks, Big Daddy, Kaffee Alde Bakeshop, and Creative Cuisine Catering Services.
We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role:
  • Check all orders if all orders are on track when you first come in.
  • Check if all employees are on time, complete uniform and proper grooming.
  • Check for absences and make necessary adjustments on the schedule.
  • Check the fax machine and cellphone in the office for additional orders.
  • Check the log book for next day and the next to ensure fillings/ingredients is enough or needs to be prepared or ordered.
  • Responsible for making schedules of employees under Production Dept.(kitchen, bread, cake, packing) Make sure to specify specific roles for that day. Example: Truck boy/cake assistant or bread assistant…
  • Check the store if need to add more products.
  • Check if there are fruits needed to be sliced and assign someone.
  • Check all the pull-outs. Sell everything. If unsold, inform Ma’am Loreta.
  • Help where help is needed.
  • Compile all the DR’s from previous days and forward it to the office
  • Make DR to Mabolo
  • Responsible for cleanliness of production, kitchen, packing and washing area
  • Pre-approve over time work
  • Ensure that all employees are doing what they’re supposed to do at a given time
  • Cost out all the items after QCPO standardizes things
  • Make sure everything is clean, locked and turned off
  • Cross functional to other departments
