We are in search of a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to lead a team of customer-oriented individuals. The successful candidate shall take charge of:
Major Role:
Ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns and requests are attended to in a timely manner and the these are all properly communicated to the technical team for resolution.
  • Responsible of monitoring the development of requests forwarded to the team, and shall ensure that clients are provided with constant updates.
  • Builds and maintains client relationship through constant communications and proactive provision of client feedback on concerns and requests.
  • Conducts business reviews that are relevant to the forming of initiatives that improve client experience.
  • Conducts constant client visitations and meeting to ensure client satisfaction and possible business and service expansion/growth.
  • Manages a team of Client Relations Specialist and ensure that the Client Relations Team is able to hit their goals.
  • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the General Manager.
  • Ensures that all issues/concerns and/or requests of clients are properly cascaded and communicated to the Technical Relations Manager for appropriate resolution and attention.
  • The CRM will also be responsible of monitoring the development of requests forwarded to the Technical team, and shall ensure that clients are provided with constant updates.
  • Monitors company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Updates Client database to ensure that accurate and up to date client information are available.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Job Requirement
  • A graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Administration and/or any Business-Related Courses.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity is required.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task.
  • With excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Possess strong leadership skill and attributes.
  • Open to occasionally travel within provinces of the Philippines.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to implement new and innovative and initiate activities to better client experience.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications such as WORD and EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
  • Possess solid knowledge in market research techniques, statistical and data analysis.
