Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree preferably Marketing field. With at least 2 years work experience in related field.
With at least 2 years experience in Real estate industry.
With Strong Negotiation skills
Promotes and markets Innoland properties through advertisements, open house events and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives.
Establish rapport with clients, visitors and people going in and out of the department on a daily basis.
Handle clients of Brokers/Agents or direct customers.
Accommodate inquiries, complaints and guide prospective clients to available units and direct them to the proper personnel in order to address needs and concerns.
Communicate to clients in person, over the telephone and/or in writing the unit inquiries, size and layout of rooms, available facilities, location, services available, and terms of payment.
Maintain sales channels through regular visit and support with selling activities.
Willing to be assigned to Cebu IT Park.
