NETWORK OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE for Telco Account
 
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience working in network focused infrastructure environment, Cisco CCNA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of routing & switching, unified communications, load balancing, application acceleration and wireless networks
  • Intermediate experience in incident, event, capacity, change management, as well as logging, escalation and follow up procedures
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to customers and peers
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • ITIL Certified (preferred but not required)
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
Responsibilities:
  • Review data from customers as input to capacity studies
  • Review data and trends for consistency
  • Investigating anomalies in the data
  • Document supporting evidence for recommendations
  • Perform capacity reporting using the correct method of report generation
  • Analyze and validate data
  • Format and populate the data in the report templates designated by the project
