IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Preferred Experience:
  • 4+ Years as a Service Desk Analyst
  • 3+ Years Active Directory Account Management
  • 3+ Years supporting users in an Exchange environment, preferably Office 365
  • Experience using remote control tools utilized to connect to users desktops
  • Understanding of Networking - TCP/IP
Soft Skill Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionalism
  • Time management
Technical Qualifications:
 
Implementation, configuration, management and/or troubleshooting of the following technologies:
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • SSL Certificates
  • Microsoft Office 365 - Exchange / SharePoint / Azure
  • Basic router and switch configuration
  • Wireless Access Points
  • Site-to-Site VPN, and Client-to-Site VPN
  • Remote access support
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as single point of contact for customer technical support and service requests
  • Ensure all incidents/problems and service requests are logged, tracked and documented within the ticketing system
  • Remote Level 1 troubleshooting and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Assign unresolved incidents / problems to next level of support
  • Follow up and update customers on status of their tickets
  • Account administration for all onboarding and off boarding requests
