ADMIN OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 Year(s) administrative / clerical tasks experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in customer service and telephone handling is a plus.
  • Required Skill(s): computer literate, can work with less supervision, fast learner, highly initiative, technicially competent
  • Must have high sense of responsibilty
  • Self-motivated, can work effectively in a team or individual situation
  • Handles government-related transactions with BIR, BI, SEC
  • Process documents and permit with the City Government, LTO, SEC, Bureau of Immigration
  • Handles recruitment, payroll and record management
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Can handle the pressure of working in fast-pace, multi-tasking environment
  • Write executive correspondence for the company
  • Maintain and update office policies as needed
  • Prepares reports and analyze budget, performs general bookkeeping
  • Responsible for accounts payable/ receivable, sorting of receipts.
