Duties and Responsibilities
Banquet Event Order
  • Routes to all affected Departments and confirms the availability of every item in the Form
  • All details must be included and should there be any tentative decisions it must be in “TBA” and details should be complete within the week of the event for minor changes/additions
  • Only confirmed events are to be routed, NO Contract or NO Down payment means NO Form to be routed
  • Must ensure that the layout for the event is being followed
  • Double check the recent BEO used per department and see if it is updated
  • Must be assertive in handling walk in clients to confirm bookings immediately
  • In charge of answering the phone calls only if available
  • In absence of the RO, she should be next in line to accept reservations task.
Sales & Marketing
  • Coordinates with the team and manages Sales Call Schedule together with the Reservations Officer for appointments
  • To remind the Sales Account Supervisor and the Sales Account Executive to confirm all tentative bookings ( Cold Calls / Hot Calls )
  • Responsible for preparing, disseminating and recording relevant information, memoranda, correspondence and reports to concerned department or company memo.
  • Assist Sales Team in managing the client database and facilitates sales follow up calls, email marketing and sending project updates periodically.
  • Performs other related function that may be assigned time to time.
  • Reports directly to Sales Supervisors and head of the Department (OIC/Sales Manager).
