Is currently looking for:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, high attention to details, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of cash management principles, knowledge of banking system and processes
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
Basic Function: The treasurer position is responsible for corporate liquidity and risk management related to the company's financial activities.
Supervise employees performing collections.
Develop and implement internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for cash and credit management.
Direct the preparation and review the following reports:
a. daily cash position report
b.weekly and monthly cash forecast
Compare Daily Collection Report with bank deposits and budgeted collectibles. Monitors bank deposits/credits to Company’s bank accounts.
Prepare weekly collection report.
Prepare monthly and annual rolling cash forecast.
Approve the Corporate Expense Sheet submitted by PCF Custodians.
Conduct or direct the conduct of bi-monthly surprise PCF cash count.
Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses and make appropriate recommendations.
Supervise and monitor activities relating to receipt, banking, protection, and custody of funds.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Credit & Collection Officer, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.
Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
Reconcile deposit slips with recorded cash receipts.
