We are a member of the Singapore-based DOHE Group, with branches in South Korea and soon, the United Kingdom. We also assist in the software development and digital media projects of our affiliates.
  • Manage company finances
  • Manage company facilities and supplies
  • Handle employee payroll and statutory benefits
  • Coordinate with external accounting/legal partners for government requirements
  • Formulate office systems and policies
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Answer phone calls, welcome guests, arrange meetings/schedules, etc.
  • Any business-related bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent mathematical and accounting/bookkeeping skills
  • Familiarity with government requirements for business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other information systems
  • Strong sense of initiative, critical thinking, and professionalism
