OneUp Business Solution is looking for a bright motivated Administrative Assistant with Amazon experience. 
 
As Amazon FBA  Assistant  your  responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Determine ABC inventory categories and apply ordering criteria for each category. Create Amazon FBA Orders and process shipping labels.
  • Build Projection Models, calculate safety stock requirements, and manage seasonality calendars to plan POs and FBA shipments. Source new products, negotiate product pricing, and secure samples.
  • Place Orders via email / WeChat to vendors. Reconcile Amazon FBA orders.
  • File reimbursements for Amazon FBA. Create removal order criteria, plan and execute removals from FBA. 
Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Create message templates for frequently asked questions. Respond to buyer messages.
  • Comment on all reviews. Reply to Customer Feedback.
  • *Refund applicable orders.
