KJ Foodhaus is a commissary-based company that prepares and delivers food to food outlets in call centers and in other industrial buildings.
The company started off as Kapitan Joe's Restaurant in 2005 and over the years it has evolved into a food commissary. KJ Foodhaus also does food catering specialising in the preparation of snacks at high volume.
Is currently looking for:
Work at the service areas during peak periods
Observe all processes and make notes for improvements
Use of Microsoft productivity tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
data entry for accounting purposes - into Excel templates
Work closely with the Operations Manager
Be prepared to work with different crew members in order to observe work processes and habits
Type of Person sought:
Someone who has 1 or 2 years work experience ina similar industry.
Position could be full-tiime or part-time, hours can be flexible.
We expect a person who can work at all ours morning and night - for operational improvement purposes. however, the main duty hours will be normal 8 to 5PM
High school graduate is acceptable provided the skills are there.
Salary is dependent on hours to be worked, and on the skills of the person. Definitely it goes without saying that we will pay at least the minimum wage.
We are looking for someone who is passionate with the food industry and who is willing to grow their skillls while working with us.

Keen observer of processes
Must be able to discern what is right conduct among the staff, discern what is correct Process specially in terms of food preparation and hygiene
Must be able to contribute to the meeting with managers at least once a month.
