AFTER SALES PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
 
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or Automotive Engineering or Business Management courses
  • Experience in administrative /office works is a plus
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • With or without experience are welcome to apply, as long as has knowledge in the process flow of “after-sales”
  • A team player and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • With valid driver’s license is an advantage
Job Description:
  • Responsible in the execution of both HARI (Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc) and internal programs
  • Assist HARI in the evaluation of dealer performance
  • Ensure all countermeasure implemented are in place and in accordance to planned schedule
  • Implement and monitor HARI and dealer programs
  • Prepare documents and other needed documents for reporting purposes
  • To ensure sustainability of HARI After Sales Program
