Minimum Requirements:
  • Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule( NO PART TIME )
  • At leat HS/Senior HS Grads/College Level/Fresh Graduates
  • Average to excellent English communication skills
  • Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
  • Can start asap
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
