IT SALES EXECUTIVE
 
Job Description:
  • Develop and manage strong client relationships and establish an understanding of the client's business goals, issues, and needs
  • Proactively perform lead generation, including cold calls and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the team to develop practical and cost-effective solutions that meet the client's objectives
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and summarize lead generation/business development activities and status
  • Review contracts, service legal agreements, and scope of services while determining the best strategy to meet mutual objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure strong customer satisfaction with our solutions
  • Participate in building new business models for IT products and services of the company
  • Develop sales and marketing pitch aligned in the products and services of the company
  • Coordinate and communicate to all levels of people in the organization
Qualification:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an IT, Sales, Marketing, Management degree is highly desirable; an MBA, MSIT or advanced graduate degree is also desirable
  • Has extensive experience in IT Sales and services in education and government sectors
  • Knowledgeable and has a strong background on school systems and education technology
  • Excellent business sense, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, driven, independent but a strong team player
  • Strategic, thoughtful, inquisitive
  • Strong people skills - intuitive, empathetic, influential, persuasive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to craft & deliver a compelling, succinct, and insightful presentation
  • Strong work ethic & high energy
  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
