Is currently looking for:
 
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
 
Directly Reporting To: Creative Director & President/CEO
 
Salary: Php 18,000.00 – 20,000.00 (May be higher if with impressive skills and background)
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external activities pertaining to the President/CEO and Creative Director (“Executives”). To perform executive, administrative and secretarial tasks such as managing the executive office, internal and external meetings and appointments local and abroad and other activities needed by the Executives.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handles all daily administrative tasks for the Executives such managing calendar of activities/appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
2. Coordinates with the department heads/managers and other staffs on all operational and important concerns.
3. Communicates directly on behalf of the Executives on matter related to its outside meetings, appointments and other external commitments.
4. Prepares reports, letters, proposals, minutes of the meeting and other important documents for the Executives.
5. Handles and screen all incoming and outgoing calls
6. Records and files all important documents
7. Perform other duties as may be required by superior.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFIC SKILLS:
1. Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
2. WITH PLEASING PERSONALITY, WELL-GROOMED WITH HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE
3. Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative work with an executive member of the organization
4. Advance communications skills both written and verbal
5. Preferably with adept experience with travel arrangements, events organizing and other administrative functions
6. With willingness to learn and be trained
7. Readily available to travel overseas to perform duties and assigned tasks
8. FRESH GRADUATE IS WELCOME TO APPLY!
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
10. WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN A WAREHOUSE SETTING WORK PLACE
