Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Computer Literate
  • Good written English and e-mail writing skills.
  • Ability to work with others as a team.
  • Actively looks for tasks to complete.
  • Open to learning and applying new skills.
  • Willing to adapt to changes in work processes.
  • Customer service oriented and can work under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, however with experience working as a Front Desk Officer is a plus.
As Mynimo’s Accounting Receptionist, your scope and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Receives calls from customers; provides call routing and handles basic Customer Inquiry. 
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, and welcome the guests.
  • Assisting the guest and receiving the guest payment.
  • Assists task relating to HR, Purchasing, Accounting, and others (Accounting background is an advantage).
  • Encoding and validating of sales transactions.
  • Canvass supplies that may be needed in the office.
  • Ensures office supplies are adequate in the office.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare official receipts.
  • Cleaning/Hands on task required in the office.
  • Other task assigned.
