URGENT HIRING: JOIN OUR TECH SUPPORT ACCOUNT IN ALORICA DAVAO!
 
Salary: 15,000 – 17,500 monthly
 
Job Description:
  • Evaluating, troubleshooting and quickly resolving technical concerns and questions with the product
  • Provide support through various channels via phone, email, and chat.
  • Root cause identification, and remediation of problem or installation of a workaround.
  • Resolves the issue or prepares the issue for escalation.
  • Communicates with customers via the phone or using web-based tools and follows grammar rules.
  • Demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of the skill sets utilized with the Call Center.
  • Adheres to schedules, guidelines, and requirements in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Have excellent English communication skills
  • Must have completed high school
  • Customer service, collections or sales experience in a call center industry is preferred but not required
  • Have working knowledge of computers and the Internet, and able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience (not required but preferred)
