Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Systematic and Detail Oriented
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
  • With Background in sensory and CANNING
  • Basic knowledge in shelf life study
  • Basic knowledge in Thermal Process
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops and formulates new products based on pre-determined market and cost
  • Evaluates alternative and substitute raw and packaging materials and process
  • Establish product parameters and process procedure for new and improved product, packaging and process
  • Develops and creates technical specification for new products, materials and process.
  • Evaluates product labels and claims based on FDA regulations and Codex Standards
  • Conducts Thermal Validation for canned milk products
  • Conducts product sensory evaluation
  • Conducts product shelf-life study
  • Submits Technical Reports of product research, study and development
