  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in SAP CRM experience
  • Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Support development team with configuration requirement for CRM
  • Participate in basic application consultancy and support of system solutions in order to support business users and strengthen the usage of CRM business applications
  • Provide 3rd line support for business solutions and services
  • Ensure that normal services to business users/end users are restored in the shortest possible period time
  • Act as a resource that supports requests and works on incidents, ensuring that they are completed within the target SLA
  • Implement standard changes according to change management processes
