SOUS CHEF
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate shall be in charge of handling the operations of the kitchen consisting of hot, cold, bake shop, pastry and cafeteria.
  • Should be able to produce local and international menus, both a la carte and buffet.
  • Must be able to formulate an annual budget.
  • Should be knowledgeable in HACCAP and can train his team towards standardization.
