Job Purpose
 
The Sales and Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining businesses for the company through telemarketing or telesales, and networking. The Sales and Marketing Assistant is also required to strengthen client relations as part of account management and client retention.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively provides support to the Corporate Sales and Marketing Team by helping identifying new sales opportunities and search prospective clients.
  • Maintains and enhances business relations with existing customer by attending telesales and network events and responding to their request, queries and other concerns.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, and build customer relationships
  • Writes and updates company materials to help ensure clear and accurate communication of 88 Prestige message across various communication channels.
  • Communicates with existing clients’ to acquire information about their requirements, preferences, and consumption patterns, lifestyle, etc.
  • Conducts market research thru competitive analysis or surveys by checking the competitors’ prices, product offering, promotions new trends, and other data related to competition.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales and customer service or Sales is a must.
  • Must be fluent in English communication, verbal and written
  • Client focused with excellent customer service skills.
  • Can work with different levels in an organization
  • Excellent problem solving skills and target-oriented.
  • Exhibits strong presence, clarity of thought, self-confidence and professionalism
  • Must be creative and innovative, that has the ability to conceptualized and execute strategies that is beneficial for both the client and company
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
