Is currently looking for:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or its equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Preferably more than 2 year experience in Hotel
  • Willing to work in Makati City and available to start ASAP
Job Description:
  • Ensure efficient, timely and smooth evening operation of the front office department with the key aim of effective maximization of resources to enhance the customer experience by adhering hotel standards
  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
  • Enforce cash and check handling as well as credit policies. Reviews and completes credit limit reports.
  • Monitors high balance of guests and take appropriate actions
  • Produce and provide pertinent front operations reports, statistics and analysis. Reviews daily Front Office work activity and guest feedback. Take necessary preventive measures on possible occurring problems.
  • Manage, coach and develop all members of the department to ensure competence, performance and objectives are met. Conduct performance review and counselling sessions.
  • Check staffing levels on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to ensure the department is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Recommend and/or execute management policies
  • Ensure smooth running of the department and maintain an open line of communication with each other for alignment and understanding. Maintains a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant department or managers if unable to handle
  • Assist in developing formal training plans for the front office department to meet identified needs and that departmental Training Records are kept up to date
  • Ensure that orientation and training is being carried out according to set standards and policies for new and existing employees
  • Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the hotel
