FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Department: SALES
 
Immediate Superior: PRESIDENT
 
Job Purpose:  
 
The position is responsible in getting salesfromkey accounts such as Retail,Industrial and Commercial, using various customer sales methods. Work with the Sales Head in forecasting sales, developing unique and non-conventional sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness. Evaluate customer’s needs and building productive relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote food packaging products, flavors and spices to Key Accounts, Commercial, Industrial Retail Market, Dealers and Distributors
  • Manage a certain assigned territories to promote the products.
  • Generating leadsfollow through, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
  • Analyse market trends and research sales competition.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in Retail Sales Distribution, Commercial and Industrial
Knowledge Skills and Ability:
  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
