Is currently looking for:
Qualifications –
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Bachelor of Arts in Communication, or similar
  • Preferably with previous experience working as a community manager, or a background in handling social media
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, platforms and their audiences
  • Excellent written and language skills are essential
  • Time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Great organizational skills
  • Has initiative and is driven to produce
Responsibilities –
  • Writes engaging copy for use on social media platforms
  • Plans and works alongside the Content Specialist, Content Head to generate new ideas for social content
  • Maintains the social media calendar, ensuring content is posted regularly
  • Writes bi-monthly reports on social media engagements within the community
  • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the effect of social media campaigns
  • Responds to comments and queries in a timely manner
  • Listens to and understands the beat of each brand's community and provides recommendations accordingly
