The Role:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verification
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
The Profile:
  • Accepts High School Graduates or College Undergraduates, with or without work experience
  • At least 6 months BPO expererice
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • With Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Willing to start ASAP
