Is currently looking for:
Job Description:
  • Submits daily report (CV source and follow-ups)
  • Submits a weekly status report of all the projects being handled
  • Make sure that all candidates are on 21stCMRI database (IRIS) and update each candidate’s status accordingly
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research, locate and document where to find ideal/qualified candidates
  • Keep close follow-up on candidate requirements
  • Assist/support other staff/department as needed
  • Other tasks that may be required or assigned by superiors from time to time
  • Pre – Recruitment:
    • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
    • Entertain inquiries from applicants
    • Post job openings on different job portals and on 21stCMRI website
    • Accept applicants’ curriculum vitae / resume and other pertinent documents
    • Pre-screen applicants based on the manpower requirement of the client/principal and conducts initial interview to validates suitability of the applicant
    • Conducts background / reference checks of each applicant’s educational and work experiences
    • Verify the authenticity of each applicant’s documents (e.g. passport, NBI, certificates, etc.)
    • Ensure the availability and validity of each candidate’s documents
    • Discuss with the candidate the compensation package being offered by the employer as well as the job description
  • Actual – Recruitment:
    • Ensure attendance of all shortlisted candidates
    • Prepares each candidate’s documents needed for interview
    • Orients the candidates regarding the employer/company and the working condition
    • Guides and assists 21stCMRI candidates
  • Post – Recruitment:
    •  Prepares report on the just concluded recruitment activity
    • Ensure acceptance of the offer of all selected candidates
    • Discuss with the candidate the compensation package being offered by the employer as well as the job description
    • Make sure that the following are fully understand by the candidate:
      • Company they will be working for and the worksite
      • Provisions of the job offer and the compensation package
  • College graduate of any medical related course or HR/Psychology graduate
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in similar field
