Is currently looking for:
  • Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in HRM but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in related field in Hotel Room Sales and Banquet with good clientele base
  • With outgoing personality and good interpersonal skill. Energetic, innovative and a team player. 
  • Must be proficient in both oral and written English Communication
  • Must have good analytical thinking, negotiation and presentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of selling, negotiation and closing of contracts for rooms, functions and banquets sales
  • Identify new markets and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility.  .
  • Implements all sales action plans and strategies and acquire new business and/or close deals.
  • Conducts daily sales calls, oculars and sales blitz
  • Provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the clients and develop professional long term business relationships.
  • Support hotel services and relationship strategy to deliver service excellence and build customer loyalty
