HELPDESK AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Will provide customer satisfaction support by effectively handling customer inquiries through phone call diagnosis, isolation, on-site visits and providing of possible solutions for POS hardware and software issues and concerns.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
With at least 1 year experience in a customer service company or familiar with POS systems is an advantage.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable in computer applications, Internet, basic troubleshooting and networking.
With good analytical and excellent listening skills.
Willing to undergo training, work on a shifting schedule and field works.
