Currently we are looking for:
Reporting to: Call Center Team Leader
Scope of Role:
To deliver exceptional sales/customer service performance to all campaigns of Contact Centre.
To adhere to processes and procedures in relation to dealing with outbound and inbound and calls.  Provide quality information to internal and external customers. To achieve individual SLA’s, targets and objectives in line with company guidelines and team leader direction.
Main Responsibilities:
  • To place outbound calls to customers in line with  company guidelines
  • Receive inbound calls ensuring incidents are logged correctly
  • To utilize up sell opportunities in achieving quality sales for the team
  • Resolve customer queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained
  • Manage and resolve all written customer communication presented by your team leader
  • Ensure all security checks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the risk of fraud is minimized
  • To work productively whilst maintaining exceptional call/data quality standards, in line with team targets
  • To ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1989 and subsequent amendments
  • To contribute to the team through open and regular communication
  • Adhere to all company or departmental policies and procedures (personnel and operational)
  • Ensure that product, technical, operational and sales knowledge is maintained at business requirements
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance in line with company policies and procedures
  • To ensure that all technical equipment issues are reported to your team leader
  • To demonstrate a positive working attitude at all times
  • To be responsible for your own personal development and highlight any development needs to your Team Leader
  • Perform other duties commensurate with the post

Skills and Experience:
  • At least one year experience doing outbound and/or customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service and Selling skills

  • Excellent standard of oral and written English
  • Excellent time management skills
Salary Range - Php15,000.00 to 25,000.00
