  • Assist Employee Relations Officer in the conduct of the whole disciplinary process
  • Assist Employee Relations Officer in settling employee grievances and ensuring both sides are heard
  • Assist Employee Relations Officer in all company activities and events
  • In-charge in the processing of exit clearance and conduct exit interviews
  • Create a plan for improvement based on the result of exit interviews
  • Assist in other HR functions as needed
  • Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related course
  • At least 1 year experience handling Employee Relations
  • Working Knowledge on Labor laws especially on procedural due process
  • Knowledge on all facets of HR
  • Must be a good negotiator
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Must be pro-active in providing suggestions to improve current processes or work.
