Innosoft Solutions Services Inc. is a software company that focuses on development and delivering business software solutions such as Point-Of-Sales Systems (POS), Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to Micro, Small and Medium Business Enterprise (MSMBE) within the Philippine Archipelago.
The company was founded on April 24, 2008 by three friends namely Mr. Jason Yap, Engr. Harold Glenn Minerva and Mr. Jerico Canete. Mr. Yap was into computer hardware distribution and retailing while the other partners where focused into the software development.
Innosoft Solutions served more than three hundred (300) customers from various industries including trading, wholesale/retail, hospitality, healthcare, academic, government, logistics, manufacturing and non-government service organization.
INNOSOFT, will be the most desired (admired) brand for business solution provider in the Philippines by developing affordable and innovative softwares using highly technical and well trained talents ultimately increasing sales revenues and expanding to international market.
  • We shall Develop Software that are user friendly and achieve fast development cycle.
  • We shall continue to manage the organization by implementing operational and quality programs.
  • We shall endeavor to upgrade the knowledge of personnel through trainings using the E-XCHANGE of learning,
  • We shall adapt to technological change fast and tap product sales distribution model.
  • Conducts Kick-Off Meetings with Customers to agree with project Implementation Schedule, Deliveries and other requirements
  • Coordinate with other teams that involve to the implementation (User Training, Installation and Initial Data Population)
  • Time bounded on software product delivery/implementation
  • Create, implement and manage software documentation
  • Ensure users understand the proper use of the software thru effective user training approach
  • Must be an IT graduate
  • Excellent Project Management Skills with good interpersonal skills and passion for customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Access)
  • With good oral and written communcation skills
