The company started from a humble 5 rooms hostel which is located in the same area.  It grew to a 56 rooms Hotel which opens during the 500th anniversary of where the explorer claimed the island kingdoms for Spain in 1521.

1521 Hotel opens its doors to an unending stream of travelers ready to discover Cebu, the undisputed Queen City of the South.
