 (2.5) years experience in Project Management as Project Leader for the development and mass production of an automotive electronic product called Smart Junction Box.
 (2.5) years experience in supervisory positions over design groups doing various Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) services to US and European automotive customers.

Company: LEAR Automotive Services (Netherlands) B.V. - Philippine Branch

Worked (1) year in Valls, Spain with a team of selected Filipino engineers with the goals to acquire and transfer the Smart Junction Box product technology and know-how to Cebu, Philippines. Shared responsibilities with my Spanish mentor to manage and execute activities to transfer the manufacturing location of one program from Spain to Philippines and consequently, took over fully the management of the said program. Implemented new model year changes and lead industrial studies on new request-for-quotation.




June 2003 – July 2004
Position: Team Leader (Senior Lead Engineer)
Department: Electrical Design Support (same company)

As assistant to the manager, lead and supervised five Lead Engineers over a total of (70) CAD engineers. The department has several CAD capabilities to implement different engineering design changes applied to various components of an automotive vehicle being supplied to the big three US car makers, European and Asian OEMs.

Supervised a group of (12) engineers doing 2D/3D CAD workload for US, European and Asian OEMs. The group is capable of using three CAD applications: Unigraphics, AutoCAD and CapitalH.

Position: Design Engineer

Spent (1) year in Dearborn, Michigan, USA as an on-the-job training doing the generation of 2D/3D wire harness layout using Unigraphics CAD application for a General Motors program. Also, responsible in developing 3D master models for several motor components with the intent to reduce modeling lead-time on similar components by as much as 80%.
