COMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE COACH

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Quality Assurance / Communications coach for contact center
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Must have above average communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
